I downloaded xoop script and I tried on my local server

I will try to Translate to my arabic language

but as you know

English language dir "ltr" left to right

and Arabic language dir "rtl" right to left

where can I change that and what file need to edit?

Try searching the forums. I know at least two others have raised this same issue. The other discussions should give some details or at least give you the names of those individuals, who are probably willing to help you out.

just add this tag to your style.css
body { direction : rtl; }

you have to learn html and css lang because you have to edit all the templates

visit the arabic support for XOOPS v 1.3.8 hacked version with all modules , hacks and themesclick here

sorry i dont support XOOPS v 2 until they release v 3 of XOOPS but i can help you in my site

dont forget XOOPS is the best portal in the world so you have to use it now
i am working now to upgrade my XOOPS to the good new release so i am very sorry if i late
