Meta tags What would be the best choice, I do not understand it so well

iii) index, no follow and

What does this mean, I don't understand it quit well:
‘Index’ asks robots to include this site in the search engine index; ‘No index’
asks them to exclude the site. ‘Follow’ asks robots to also look at pages linked
from the site, and ‘no follow’ asks them not to. Note that these are requests only
- the behaviour and policies of a robot are controlled by its masters. Not all
robots will recognise - or obey - these tags.

I have taken a print-out of the download manual , must have done that long ago.
I had a look this week at google hmm it is not for free
Could it be that I must have enter titel words at xoops, I think so because when you enter Fla-ts at google it find me.

Good morning, I'm still looking to get lines between the names of my downloads and to left align instead of centered

Something else. Yesterday I took a backup with Arvixe and when I took a download I noticed that the volume dropped by half despite I added many things to the site.

I will soon try both, do you have experience with one of these compressers.
