Text at internet explorer address bar

When selecting “DRAAITIJD” at the website the following appears in the explorer address bar:
http://fla-ts.com/modules/publisher/item.php?itemid=24
is it possible to change this into
http://fla-ts.com/modules/publisher/DRAAITIJD
It would be nicer when mention the link on e-mails with
http://....... / DRAAITIJD instead of http://....... /item.php? Itemid = 24

Re: Notification on top of administration menu

I thought it had something to do with the "unprotected" that I get when I visit
my website: ... " Niet beveiligd | www.fla-ts.com
It is strange that this is not the case when I go to the website with Internet Explorer

Maybe I'm worried about nothing

Best regards, Fernand

Notification on top of administration menu

Hey, It’s been a very long time ago since I have been here.
I have a question, please don’t shoot me if I did this at the wrong place
The question: If I login to do some changes I always see this message at the top:
WARNING: The file /home/fla/public_html/mainfile.php can be overwritten by the server.
Change the write permissions of this file for security reasons.
under Unix (444), under Windows (read only tick)

I have been searching and searching but can’t find how to solve this issue.

Can someone help me?

a kind of contact formular

Hey, hope I post this isseu on the good place.
I want to create a kind of contact form that can be used at request, the contact form should have the looks of let's say like an excel sheet where asked questions should be answered either with a number or text. If done/send it should be automaticly mailed to myself

background

I try my website to cheer up, succeeds nice except that I just can not find how I can change backgrounds.
For example, the top of my homepage where the banner is has this dull gray,
I want to change this in a cheerful color but it seems not easy to find how.
Same issue with the main screens from the menu, I think I had changed one page but don't know how I did it,
seems I forgot to add it to my documentation, I'm getting old.
