template_c is a cache folder..
you can edit this file and see the in the code what's wrong.
After this you can change you theme.html

Have you rename the theme.html ?
just the folder ?

In debug mode what XOOPS said ?

put the folder in the theme folder
ie /theme/mytheme/
after this go to admin/system admin/preferences/
and select the theme in the list.
save these settings.. and it's ok

I understand that you have some troubles with my module formulaire.... but I'm very confused because I don't have a solution yet !!!
I wrote this module for my office and it works fine (all users are registered)

It's a mix between the liaise and the mymenu module

Hello

Good idea... using the ML version is really easy.

you dont have to paste directly code in the file.html
You have just to give multilingual text in the preferencies
for example [en]your text[/en][fr]votre texte[/fr]
and you can extant this rule in many area of XOOPS (using the Textsanytizer)

I have made a mix between liaise and mymenu.
You can manage multiforms with this module and also send mail to :
- a group
- admin
- self
- an other

You have a block with the differents forms to fill
