Can I create links to interior pages in my xoops's site with the Multimenu module, or only I can subdivide blocks with it?

I need to make a backup of my xoops's site and I read a thread that mention Cpanel to copy the datebase sql. Anybody knows what is the Cpanel?

Thanks but I don't think it's obvius. I read the FAQ and didn't find the corresponding answer. I read the Operation Guide and didn't understand that point. In the forum, some people say that it's not possible to create interior pages and other explain it too difficult to me.
I beg your perdon but I insist: anyone can tell me how can I create interior pages in my xoops's site?

Anyone knows if I can use the file mypage.zip to make interior pages in my xoops's site? And if the answer is yes, in which folder it is supposed to be unzipped and uploaded?

Another question: The file XOOPS2_mod_smartclient_1.0_rc1_smartfactory is supposed to be unzipped and uploaded into the folder root/modules/smartpartners or must be created a folder called smartclient (root/modules/smartclient) and don't be erased the other?
And the second one: In which folder is supposed to be uploaded the file credits1.3.5.tar.gz? It's not a zip file but it can be unzipped?

What are supposed to do the files spotlight2.1.zip or xoops2-mod_spotlight_v1_4_spark_and_solo.zip? Which is better? The News 1.3 RC2 includes it?

The language pack (XOOPS2_lang_News_1.3_es.zip) is supposed to be unzipped and uploaded in the same folder that News 1.3? How it works? It translates only the news's module or what?
