Thanks, but I don't understand:phpadsnew 2.0.8 is a xoops's module or a standalone software?

Hello!
I've send to the server, into the folder modules, the banner module phpadsnew 2.0.8 from https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=43703&forum=30, but in the Modules Admin it says "Module File for phpAdsNew-2.0.8 Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!". How can I fix it?

Hi! I'm asking myself if

1) Is it possible to make the following patch?: when News 1.44 is using 2 columns or more I need that the last new was shown at the top in 1 column as a titular? (see my sitehttp://www.periodistas-online.com.ar where I`m using a custom block for that orhttp://www.cuyonoticias.com.ar made with Joomla)

2) Is it possible to use other two News module or similar simultaneously at the left and the right column as it seems in my site?. Now I'm using custom blocks too for that, but it's very difficult to adminitrate it.

3) Is it possible that the photographs in News was automatically arranged to a definited size when I place it attached to a new?

I tried to do what you say but:
1) There is no place where I can choose the number of "categories". There is no "preferences" tab for the module
2) I selected the news and the categories and it says "story has been sppoted" but still nothing happens
3) I don't understand why the module includes the tab "General Configuration". Is it necessary?
4) In my site I have installed the News module in the front page. That's why I see no diference?

Thanks!, but I wanna upgrade 2.0.10 english to 2.0.14 spanish to change the language at the same time. Is it possible?

Thanks! and apologize for doubleposting... I read the upgrade instructions at the official spanish support site:

Actualizando desde cualquier versión de XOOPS compendidas entre 2.0.10 y 2.0.13.2
1. Copie el contenido del directorio htdocs/ excepto mainfile.php sobrescribiendo el contenido ya existente.
2. Elimine los siguientes directorio y archivos:
* class/smarty/core
* class/smarty/plugins/resource.db.php
3. Vacíe el directorio templates_c (excepto index.html)
4. Suba el directorio 'upgrade' a su sitio
5. Asegúrese de que el servidor tiene acceso de escritura a mainfile.php
6. Identifíquese como administrador
7. Acceda a /upgrade/ desde su navegador web preferido, y siga las instrucciones
8. Proteja nuevamente su mainfile.php contra escritura
9. Elimine el directorio 'upgrade' una vez aplicada la actualización

But i don't understand where I have to put the folder called "upgrade" (as it explains in item 4), and what to do then. Somebody can tell me?
