if you are using xoops 2.5

in the block administration..

on top ..in the 4 drop drop down selector

Modules :newbb/forum
Pages : all types
Group : all types
Visible : all types/no

i will recommend use cbb/newbb 3.08

frameworks or xoopseditor are not necessary for newbb since xoops 2.3..
frameworks has been included in the core

the docs for the module should really be updated

or you can try newbb 4.05...still in beta though

+ a new default modern theme
+ core content module
+ block with it owns url and searchable if thats possible
+ easy mobile version of our xoops website
+ tags
+ improvement of the core pm module
+ more blocks position
+ social network share button in xoops fb/twitter etc
+ profile module upgrade - i like the vbulletin profile features..
ability to add friend, recent visitors list etc
+ cron job in admin panel
+ avatar auto resize
+ redesigned all the core system blocks to be modern,
+ site logo manager

there is a module called dummy

http://www.xuups.com/modules/publisher/item.php?itemid=6

where you put your blocks inside it

the downside of using block to create new pages it is unsearchable by the xoops search system
