ya i know about flashchat (tufat.com), but the link that i have posted is contains a very simple and easy to use flashchat which can easily be ported to xoops. Thus providing everyone an opportunity to have flash based chat module.

I found a very simple php + flash based chat system, the code looks ok. can some mod developers port this for xoops.

I think this would be very simple for any XOOPS mod developer to convert into module as this is also in php and also has .fla for need based modification
Things needed to be modified are. Currently it asks for login id and password, which should be removed by taking in the logged in username.
Can some on take this task. I can help a bit with flash designing and some what with coding too.

hi there is a very minor security issue with newbb2, but its a critical in nature.
By default when ever a user is browsing a forum the link comes up something like this

Hi,
I was trying to convert the user profile page, by replacing AIM with birth date. I changed the datatype of AIM in db to datetime, now i want to add three dropdown of DD MM YYYY instead of textbox shown in editprofile page for AIM. And then add the combined data of this three dropdowns as datetime into db. Displaying them back wont be problem as it would work normaly. Only issue is collecting it from the user.
Can some one guide me how to do this.
