I suffer the same symptom in one of the sites I have, I can see everybody elses user page except mine that just goes blank. No errors on debug. I'm thinking it can be the db data that went whacko somewhere cause it's a site that has had a long history of uprades.

that's good you discovered the font thing. The theme is still real messy html and I have already started cleaning it up.

You did notice that the center blocks have strange positions?

center block left= creates a second narrow column next to the left column.

center block right= is a top center center block in the main middle content section where module content appears.

center block center= is a bottom center block below module content on the main middle section.

there are 6 not 3 block options now.

I'll leave the 3 center bottoms in a normal way. The top center blocks. I'll lay them out so they create that extra column next to the left one so the theme keeps looking the same as it does now.

it's real messy, if I have enough time I'll see if I can do something to it later and upgrade it to use the new extra block positions.

You can try HTML Tidy extension for Firefox
http://users.skynet.be/mgueury/mozilla/

<br /> is the appropiate way, yet a well done theme/template doesn't have any br's.

Would be good if we control our emotions once in a while and focus on what we really are here for which is work.

I hope the XOOPS community can continue treating each other with RESPECT.

I've had that happen before, and it was due to because inside the table of the main layout, the header is included and it's rows and columns have been merged in a certain way, making somehow the bottom part go crazy. When this happens I separate the header table from the main body table.

something like this in the style.css of you your theme might do the trick:

textarea {
font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 10pt;
}

the way david says is for when you want the same language appear the same for the different set of tags you have grouped:

[en|fr]hello[/en|fr]
will display "hello" when english and french are selected

This way shows a separate language for each language selection.:

[en]hello[/en] [es]hola[/es] [fr]bonjour[/fr] [pt_br]olá[/pt_br]
