I have the same problem with 'Xoops Default editor', also ..it doesen't work with preview.
I already have the brilliant Koivi Editor on my forum (CBB), do I have to install a separate Koivi Editor for AMS or can I just use the one CBB use?
If no why? If yes how?

Open Notepad, add:

chmod("mainfile.php", 0444);

save it as WhateverYouWant.php , upload it to the root of your XOOPS and run it from your browser.

maybe this is a n00b question =p but shouldent you have the newsblock and wallpapers block in the same block (not weight) to get it?
[edit:] sorry, got *cunfused* ..it's the Wallpaper-block that shall be under the custom-block Lates Headlines

Correct me if I'm wrong, you want news-feeds on the users profile only?
Get a good module for this like xhld and in block-administration, set it to only show in the Extended Profiles module.

Thanks, but it didn't work.
It made me validate, but the pagelook changed to =p (backgroundcolor for the top-menu disappeared)

it shall not be any refference to modinfo.php in include/functions.php unless phpmyadmin-module require so,
replace include/functions.php with a fresh new one.

BTW, didn't know there was any phpmyadmin-module

Welcome to XOOPS

It's not many forums to choose from, but you can take a look at Invision Board and CBB for example.

I prefer CBB.
