How do I setup a RSS news feed to post articles under a user account in my forums ?

How do I setup a RSS news feed to post articles under a user account in my forums ?, I want to have around 10 different sections in the forums and have a news feed setup to post 100-1000 articles a day per section from the news feeds, I Plan to use yahoo news feeds as well as google. If anyone knows how to do this please help.

Correct me if I'm wrong, you want news-feeds on the users profile only?
Get a good module for this like xhld and in block-administration, set it to only show in the Extended Profiles module.
