Out of interest what theme are you using?
On a local install the default theme works a lot better than another theme I have, although extgallery still seems to have some problems with the default theme, as in it doesn't do all it's meant to do!
I will post back if I find anything.

It wasn't said with any malice trabis, I have had a bad week, my eyesight seems to be getting worse, I don't really know if I am reading things correctly, I also have some cognitive problems, that don't seem to be getting any better, I really don't think I can be much help anymore, I really don't want to lead people astray and stuff up all their hard work on their XOOPS sites, I have nothing but respect for all you guys.
Anyway I don't want to bring people down, I am still healthy in other respects.

In my opinion it is much wiser to upgrade when a new release comes out, any problems and issues are fresh in the support forums, although I generally at least wait a week to upgrade after a release, I would prefer the clever Xoopsers try the upgrade before me, having said that I do have a site I use to test the upgrades first, though I am not really clever enough to give detailed information about any problems.
Don't forget most updates to the core and modules usually include a security fix or two, so to me it's well worth keeping current. XOOPS is moving ahead, don't get left behind.

I miss the weBlog module, it was a nice simple blog module, it would be great if some clever person resurrected it with some new features. I love the XOOPS wordpress module but it just doesn't integrate as well like the old weBlog module did eg. with the editors etc.
Oh I wish I could code, I really do have a lot of respect for the coders and developers, but alas I just aint clever enough to even attempt it :o(

Yes I will second that, a complete up to date definitive Frameworks package that has all updates included for 2.3.x version of xoops, would be great. I would like to be able to delete my current Frameworks and replace it so as to have a clean and current Frameworks package.

This Frameworks folder is a bloody mess on my sites, bits have been added bits are no longer needed, all I would like to know is if I completely deleted the Frameworks folder where can I get a fully functional Frameworks folder to replace it, I don't want to add new folders I just want the complete folder that I can upload to the root of my site. I used to be able to just download it from xoopsforge now we seem to have bits of it all over the place.
Does anyone have the definitive Frameworks folder for 2.3 versions of Xoops?

Yep I can select the checkboxes to delete them or delete them after I have "opened" them, I can delete them standing on my head if I like.
