Help with Registering as a New User

Hello Everybody!

I'm hoping someone can really help me with this issue:

- When I try to register as a new user on my website, by going here:http://www.gtiagents.com/register.php, entering 'YES', and entering the account information, I get the following error message:

Could not register new user.
Fatal error: Call to a member function stopTime() on a non-object in /home/globalt2/public_html/gtiagents/footer.php on line 33.

Line 33 in footer.php is:

$xoopsLogger->stopTime( 'Module display' );

I haven't changed anything (as far as I know), and that's why I'm so surprised that it suddenly stopped working.

The strange thing is that if you click Register (at the very top of the page), and then do all the steps and everything it works.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

That solved the problem.

PS - Do you happen to know what I can do so that my pages don't stick outside the template? The size seems to change as you adjust the page.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _getuseremail() in /home/globalt2/public_html/gtiagents/modules/xhelp/class/notificationService.php on line 770.

You can also try for yourself at www.gtiagents.com/modules/xhelp.

XHELP - Problem with Anonymous Users Submitting Tickets

Hi,

I recently installed XHELP and I want anonymous users to be able to submit tickets. I changed all the permissions and everything to permit this (both on system and xhelp modules). I've updated the modules.

When an anonymous user submits the ticket, he/she is just taken to a blank white page... no confirmation or anything. Yes, the visitor receives an email and it does submit the ticket, but I don't want just a blank white page to appear after submitting the ticket.

Can anybody help? What's going on?

HELP WITH SITE (BANNERS AND DESIGN)!

Hi,

PROBLEM 1: If you go to my website, www.gtiagents.com, you'll notice that the banner that displays should be lower than it currently is. If it looks normal, hit refresh a few times and you'll see that sometimes it's way off in the wrong place.

PROBLEM 2: I just downloaded the Blue Shine template. I've tried installing and re-installing several times, and every time I do it there appears to be a strange header size. You'll notice it's not as wide as the body of the page. It seems to change depending on the screen.

I'm sure it's a simple line I should edit, but I'm a newbie.

Can anybody help? My website is www.gtiagents.com and you'll see what I mean.
