XHELP - Problem with Anonymous Users Submitting Tickets

Hi,

I recently installed XHELP and I want anonymous users to be able to submit tickets. I changed all the permissions and everything to permit this (both on system and xhelp modules). I've updated the modules.

When an anonymous user submits the ticket, he/she is just taken to a blank white page... no confirmation or anything. Yes, the visitor receives an email and it does submit the ticket, but I don't want just a blank white page to appear after submitting the ticket.

Can anybody help? What's going on?

Hi,

are there any errors in PHP debug mode (warnings or fatal errors)?

Yes,

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _getuseremail() in /home/globalt2/public_html/gtiagents/modules/xhelp/class/notificationService.php on line 770.

You can also try for yourself at http://www.gtiagents.com/modules/xhelp.

The default notifications for xHelp include sending emails to submitters. Go to your administration menu > xHelp > Manage Notifications. Edit the events to not send to submitters

That solved the problem.

PS - Do you happen to know what I can do so that my pages don't stick outside the template? The size seems to change as you adjust the page.
