Hi,

PROBLEM 1: If you go to my website, http://www.gtiagents.com, you'll notice that the banner that displays should be lower than it currently is. If it looks normal, hit refresh a few times and you'll see that sometimes it's way off in the wrong place.

PROBLEM 2: I just downloaded the Blue Shine template. I've tried installing and re-installing several times, and every time I do it there appears to be a strange header size. You'll notice it's not as wide as the body of the page. It seems to change depending on the screen.

I'm sure it's a simple line I should edit, but I'm a newbie.

Can anybody help? My website is http://www.gtiagents.com and you'll see what I mean.
