Assuming that you saved your sent message, you have a savebox link near the top right of your private message (main) screen.

Is there a way to move a story to the top of the heap in 2.2.4 / news 1.44 ? I can do it on my 2.0.13.2 site.

Thanks

I'd like to know how you got a podcast to work, was there a need to change any code? etc.......

Thanks

@ Goober, didn't mean to hi-jack your thread sorry!

David,

Yes I realize that, I'm a programmer also, just not all that familiar with the XOOPS code and php, guess I'll have to learn. In my case I wanted something solid much sooner that it would take me to come up to speed on xoops. I really like this cms.

Unfortunately, the module(s) I need are going to be pretty specialized and pretty worthless to the community (I think) so interest in thier development is very low. I was hoping that because it was for a volunteer cause (playing on sympathy now) and not in any way a money making venture that I could get some help on doing them. I'm confident that I have found someone to help at this point which makes me very happy!

One thing I would like to come out of this is that we could get a 'tutorial' group going, maybe a forum that the devs could jump into and give pointers and help for those of us that would like to contribute more. It just isn't all that clear from what is left of the documentation where one should start. So to (re)kickstart development it would seem plauseable to me that this would be something worthwhile.

jmho ....... Jeff

My guess is the folder structure is incorrect, read the readme carefully in the 2.2.3 files. You have to have the 'frameworks' folder in the correct spot.

I am up to 2.2.4 and not having any troubles, except for the occasional token issue. (knock on wood)

I recently made some contacts on getting a module written and was quoted between $3,000 and $5,000 USD, ouch!
