NewBB mouseovers

hi,

Well I've played with it and I've searched for it and now I'm asking about it.

I wish to make links backgrounds change on mouseover in NewBB.
I tried a few things but they didn't work. I wouldn't mind it every where but I need it specifically in the body of the threads.

Up till now I have figured all this stuff out though trial and error but the site went live 3 days ago and I don't have a test site setup yet. I will set one up this weekend but I would like to fix this sooner then that so I've come asking for help.

This is my 1st XOOPS site, or CMS site of any sort, and it's only been a few weeks since I dloaded it so I'm still fighting through the learning curve. I guess you don't need to know that but damn, I hate asking for help :)

1st xoops site launched 2 days ago

I stumbled across XOOPS a few weeks back. I'm a Dreamweaver/Photoshop designer so this was completely new to me ... still is lol

I modified the Karate-redox theme to suit my needs. I spent the first two weeks modifing a different theme only load it on an LCD monitor at work and realize it looked all washed out on LCD's. Lesson learnt

Critic me to death, I can handle it :)

looks good. Great topic as far as drawing traffic but as was mentioned you need to splash up the front page with some color.

lol, I just glanced in here and was leaving when I saw the name Canaca.

I used to be a partner in a web design and hosting company and we used Canaca as one of our hosting companies. We had approx 20 low bandwidth sites with them. All the sites were typical company sites. Canaca was rarely down completely but they rarely worked completely. Their tech support was the biggest issue though as they commonly ignored our trouble tickets and even worse for a reseller/host is that they would not supply us with full invoices.

I am currently with resellerzoom.com. So far they kick serious butt for the money but I haven't been eating much bandwidth so far. Time will tell

They have Fantastico and XOOPS with unlimited domains, sql, email and more starting at $4.95 per month. you can set them up to debit your pypal account as well which is cool.

thanks, I am a putz. My 1st post was waste of bandwidth ... sigh. All I had to do was spend a minute looking around the config options for the program.

when you choose to display dollar from catads admin panel does it show up spelt "Dollard" when users read the ads?

I have done string searches on the entire catads folder and not been able to find where this is coming from.

Any ideas?
