[I know there is a buggy realty module which uses OLD Open Realty script. Now Open Realty is reborn with tons of features.]
As you know that Open Realty is free and HIGHLY customizable listing management script. You can create and customize any kind of listing without php knowledge. So this integration will also make it a all types of listing manager module for xoops.
The main thing I am looking for is
*WHEN NEW USER REGISTERS IN XOOPS WILL ALSO BE REGISTERED IN OPEN REALTY.
*WHEN A USER LOGIN IN XOOPS WILL LOGIN TO OPEN REALTY TOO.
It is better to code keeping the Open Realty structure intact, because lots of upgrades going on with OR.
I wish I were a good programmer to integrate the latest OR with xoops.
If anyone like start the project, I am eager to assist(Please drop me a PM).

Non IRC modules cost site bandwidth and are not as fast for sending and displaying messages unless you use a chat server service.

A version for 2.0.9.2/3 is most wanted for user like me who can not upgrade to 2.0.10 because no multisite module version.
