Thank you I'm trying it out right now. Another question I have is..... why is it that a lot of the mods I try, I get a blank page? The mod seems to install properly but when I actually go to do something withen that mod I get a blank page.

Exoops has a wonderful blog that will allow users to create their own blog, and I'm looking for something that will do that as well. Is there a way I can convert that mod into xoops. Thanks for your help.

I'm sorry, I'm new at this too, so it's like the blind leading the blind, but I think i might have an idea that will help you get it back. In the block administration, select "show blocks visible in page" and click on the sections page. Then find main menu, click edit, and make sure it's not set to just show on the sections page.

This has nothing to do with your problem, but I didn't want to start a new topic for the same mod. I'm having some what the same problem, only mine is the block shows up, but nothing is inside the block.
