main menu disapeared!!

I am a new user and totally pleased by te quality that XOOPS offers!

but....

Suddenly the main menu disapeared as I was browsing the site...

You can't find it even in the sections admin at the system administration menu...

What should I do???

It is only shown when I press the sections link!!!

then, it disapears again!!!

but it it is always lost from the administration panel in the sections category of the system!

I'm sorry, I'm new at this too, so it's like the blind leading the blind, but I think i might have an idea that will help you get it back. In the block administration, select "show blocks visible in page" and click on the sections page. Then find main menu, click edit, and make sure it's not set to just show on the sections page.

I am interested in why this happens, I believe it may have something to do with cache settings. If anyone has any thoughts on this or has a definite answer please lets us know!

The cache is a great feature but so far I would recommend turning it off while making changes...grin
