When trying to change the ranks images I get "File width must be smaller than 120". How do I go about changing the amount allowed to be uploaded?

My site currently hasn't any blocks. I know it doesn't have anything to do with xoops, 'cause the other sites on the server have the same problem, and their not running xoops. My question is, has anyone else experienced this, or have any suggestions? Thanks

Before I would just make the changes I needed for the recent comments block in the templates_c. I was told that sort of acts like the cache and not to change anymore files in there. But then where do I change the file for A_system_block_comments?

Thank you. I was using IPB but had to redo my site. And that is just so much for my tiny site right now.
