The theme of this site is very good:
http://www.radioprogresso.com.br/

My test site (I used some different graphics):
http://xoops.lucastds.net

With knowledge and creativity you can do any style of layout for Xoops.

Well... Don't ask it to me. It was changed by the people of Xoops.org staff, not me, hehehe!

But the name of your site isn't "Xoops Brazilian Support" and it was this way before. Why didn't you asked to it be changed before?

Valker, you are right.

We don't need "official communities" on Brasil. We just need COMMUNITIES. Thats all.

It's because the templates are loaded from the database, not from the files.

You can update the news module, so the templates on database will be rebuild from the template files (Admin Panel > System > Modules, and click on 'Update' picture of module news).

But the better way to do this is to make a copy of the default template set and edit the set you just created (Admin Panel > System > Templates, and click on 'Clone' link of the default template).

According with what I know, you created a new portal (xoops.uni.cc) with the same database of XOOPS Brasil and gave it to members Gisa, Salomão and other I can't remember. They just moved it to a new domain and a new server, because the old one was off.

Robbery accusation is something very serious. Take it easy.

Well, but it is not the point. Changing or not the title of the link in Local Support section won't change many things. It's irrelevant.

Please forgive me if I make you angry.

Maybe the title was changed because there are more than one XOOPS community in Brazil. I know these ones:

-http://www.xoops.net.br (general discussion about Xoops)
-http://www.xoops-br.blogspot.com (translation discussions)
-http://www.xoops.net.br (general)
-http://www.xoopsbrasil.com (a "live archive")

I agree to these changes done by Xoops.org staff on the name of this community. I think that it's better this way.

Lucas.

Sorry. I didn't have time to make the website yet. But I will make it soon. The URL will be the same (www.lucastds.tk). I will post an article here when it is done.

You can install XOOPS to any directory you want, since it is accessible by the browser. But you have to upload all the structure of 'html' folder to the choosen directory. Check if all files were uploaded to the correct directory of your webserver.
