uhm.... a guestbook only for registered users? from my point of view not make sense a registered have already leave a sign

the IP is not always the same, but is the same the e-mail address given for contact.

spam in narga's guestbook

I use Narga's guestbook module and from few week someone have started to sent some spam messages. There is an automatic method to prevent this messages? in example in my case the sender is ever the same or at least have the same e-mail.

PROBLEM DON'T COMPARE in 2.0.10RC!!!

I have tried an update to 2.0.10RC and the error don't compair. So this bug will be solved in new version.

the same error appear also if I try to upload an image from admin area.

the error message seems raised from check:
if ($uploader->fetchMedia($_POST['xoops_upload_file'][0])) {

at line 211 of imagemanager.php file. It is like during transfer lost filename in array of uploaded file.

yes, directory have write permissions and there are no other error messages with the debug enabled

"Impossibile fare l'upload del file %s" that in english I think can sound like "Impossible upload file %s".

After the update to 2.0.9.3 version of XOOPS image manager stop to working. when I try to upload an image, after the click the submit button, the seem that is been send to server but after this appear an error page.

What is the problem: new updater? mime-type?

if your server have phpMyAdmin or you can access to MySQL server with a console you can prepare a macro and insert username and password, crypted with md5 function, in users table.

I'm confused with old version of news, consulting xoopsversion of news 1.3 I discory that... the template is news_block_top.html.

The standard template for recent news block (template/news_block_new.html) load also some images in a style bock, at the start of template during definition of css style.

You can change the images used for background or modify the images.
