Re: MassMail to members [fixed]

I'm a little bit confused here.. So please allow me to ask for some clarification.

1) This feature broke for me after I upgraded from Xoops2RC2 to Xoops2RC3. Is this the pattern that this thread is responding to?

2) If so, are the changes to fix this issue isolated to {xoops_dir}/modules/system/admin/mailusers/mailusers.php?

3) Should I be able to update that single file (or folder: mailusers) to patch my site?

I hope that my questions make sense, TIA for the clarification...

Hi all and thanks a lot....

For the Xoops-themes.com site (french support for XOOPS themes and graphics) we are looking for the font used in the logo admin section for the logo.

We are triyng to do a kit for creating admin's logo simply.
Thanks

I have the same need, to a much greater extent. See http://www.lone-star.org/xoops/html/register.php

I hacked a LOT of core files under XOOPS 1.2, and wish to avoid editing ANY core files when rewriting under V2. Adding a 'users_plus' SQL table is easy enough, but I need to know what the "Officially Sanctioned Core Class Extension" methodology is. IE, how do I write a module file which extends \kernel\user.php, such that my own module code can reference User properties just as if they had been declared in \kernel\user.php?

We really need an example for "class XoopsUserPlus extends XoopsUser"....

I also need to override the default behavior and appearance of the user login core 'module' (I concatenate First and Last names into uname - see site above). Is there an Officially Sanctioned way to do this without hacking the core (/user.php)?

Hi Haakon,

that's a very useful information, as long as it's not fixed in the release!
Thanks!

It works fine when I only mail one group. When I try to mail two, I get this errormessage:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/hiqhorg/public_html/xoops/modules/system/admin/mailusers/mailusers.php on line 67
