New Block Creation - Display external url in central block - how ?

Dear all,

i would like to make a new block at the left side of the windows which contains a few links to other urls.

How i can manage to open the urls in the center side of the window so that my created menu with the blocks remains the same??

I recommend you checkout the multimenu module, which makes the creation of custom navigation menus easy

does "multimenu module" allow me to create blocks with links that open to the main window of the XOOPS browsers?

If you want to present a document in the center block of a XOOPS page you can use something like tinycontent to wrap HTML pages.
More info on TinyContent here

We use it at for content like this:
http://www.rndinternet.co.uk/modules/tinycontent/index.php?id=6

The above link uses tinycontent to wrap some HTML we had from our old site.

You can then use either Multimenu or edit your main menu to link to the static content.

I 'think' you can use tiny content to wrap entire web pages so that they appear in the center block (a bit like using an I Frame)

unfortunately tinycontent cannot wrap an external url link and present it in the center block..

any other suggestions plz??
