Forum problem - When click new topic, bring me blank page

Is it due to installation setting.

Any friend to enlighten which setting ( eg. chmod etc ) I need to take note during installation or what caused the blank page problem.

Plse help.

Please turn on php-debug in the system admin -> preferences -> general settings page, and go to the new topic page of the forum. Note down the errors you see in the blank page, and report them here

Then we can see what is causing this blank page.

I am having similar errors too:

try disabling the shoutbox block in the forum module. As an aside, which shoutbox module are you using?
