How i can use xoops as intranet system ?

Hi guys,
i wanna use XOOPS as DMS in intranet network, so what's main step to do this and what's best module can using as file managment system with archiving and admin panel.

i have same problem and i can't enter to /user.php it's blank too, but i change debug mode to 1 then this errors appared :

why xoops style not support Dynamic menu

Hi all ..
why my dynamic menu ( menu.js ) not appear in main page of my xoops, i put code in theme,html file and it working well in frontpage but when i try it in IE, it's not appear.
I think there r problem between menu and css style.
