why xoops style not support Dynamic menu

Hi all ..
why my dynamic menu ( menu.js ) not appear in main page of my xoops, i put code in theme,html file and it working well in frontpage but when i try it in IE, it's not appear.
I think there r problem between menu and css style.

then you will have to make sure that the styles are adjusted accordingly... XOOPS uses regular CSS, so that can't be the problem.

I solve this problem now, it's just need path of js file.
