Cyber-Minds.Net - Internet Psychology Studies
I am glad to announce my Xoops website!
Cyber-Minds.Net is dedicated to Internet psychology Studies and the development of my dissertation.
The theme is a combination of the obscene theme and Lucastd2 theme. I just could not make the front blocks looks nice because I have a hard time with the css thing.
I am using the modules Wordpress, Wordbook, Multi-survey Form, Weblinks, XHLD, Webslave and others.
Please, give a look on my site and send me suggestions, also, you should take the personality survey to help me test the multiform survey. If you wish to help me with the front blocks, I would be grateful.

My Xoops site has been running since January and it's just about ready to show to the world.
Still not sure in which direction it's heading but it contains content that interests me. Lots of Formula 1 racing, using you computer to help find a cure for Cancer and just about everything else that catches my eye.
My articles are based around AMS (Article Management System) with a few other useful Xoops modules integrated in. I find that having news spotlights on the front page is a good way of hinting as to the nature of the rest of the content.
Please take a look if you have time and if you would like to enter your site in my LINK DIRECTORY under the 'Xoops' section , I would love to get a bit of reciprocal linking started with as many of you Xoops users as possible.
Any comments or observations on the site would be very appreciated as I still think that there is room for improvement.

XOOPS version 2.0.10 RC is a security-improving release that lessens the use of fopen with URLs and brings a completely new tool for securing modules against CSRF attacks: The XoopsSecurity class.
Upgrade from 2.0.9.2, 2.0.9.3 or a 2.0.10 beta by uploading all files in the 2.0.9.2-2.0.10 RC patch and update the system module through modules administration.
This release contains files for the core-included versions of News and Newbb (1.1 and 1, respectively). If you use Newbb 2 and/or News 1.2 or later, you should not upload the files in modules/news and modules/newbb as they will mess up these modules.

As you finally discovered it, April First can be a tricky day ! I must say I had a little extra fun feeding my son last night, as, each time I got up, I went on xoops.org to see how many fishes I had cathed
Just to be clear : this stunt was the first SmartApril'sFool
Of course I don't intend to stop The SmartFactory's activities ! Now more than ever, I strongly beleive that XOOPS is one of the best CMS and The SmartFactory intend to persue its mission of Making XOOPS Modules Smarter... Everyday !
And for XOOPS Multilanguages, it always have been clear in my mind that it was only a hack, and that it would never be implemented in the core...

Security bug announced, xhelp 0.71 released
In response to a security bug discovered by Brian Erdelyi @ SecurityHive.com that allowed users to view other users tickets, we have released xhelp 0.71 to address this issue. In addition we included a couple bug fixes for xhelp 0.7. All users are recommended to upgrade to the latest package.
Changes in 0.71:
1. Fixed email activation link not being sent to new users (eric_juden)
2. Fixed uploading files with undefined mimetypes bug (eric_juden)
3. Fixed bug for ticket subject length being too short in edit ticket (eric_juden)
4. Fixed bug for fatal error while in staff profiles (eric_juden)
5. Security!!! Fixed bug for users being allowed to look at other user's tickets (eric_juden)
