New system of slides in XOOPS themes by IXThemes
ixt017 Theme Framework 2.8 released.
What new in IXThemes release 2.8?
1. New system of slides based on jQuery Cycle plugin (rel. 30 Mar 2010). For this purpose you will not need to instal any additional modules!
2. Display of numbering of blocks for a site admins is improved, bugs are corrected.
3. The script of control by blocks in sidebars is updated.
4. 7 scenarios for display of slides are added (s0 ... s6 in assigns.html). You can create own scenarios too. (see slides.html).
5. You can set initial visibility of any sidebars block in assigns.html simply having specified block number.
6. All updatings are specified in changelog.txt
You can download any ixt017xx rel.# 2.8 XOOPS theme or view XOOPS demo of ixt017xx themes.

2 new free themes: BlueWood and XOOPS_Tropical
Today, I've released 2 brand new XOOPS themes, which are called “BlueWood” and XOOPS_Tropical.
Here is a screenshot of both of them:

You can download both of these themes on our website: http://www.nightquest.me/downloads/xoops (you will have to visit our site, because our scripts don’t allow direct linking).
These two themes have been created by using Artisteer and have been ported to XOOPS afterwards. I am currently writing a tutorial about how to accomplish this and I should be able to port it later this week (after all of my birthday stuff is done).

APH4Dead - Left 4 Dead Clan Theme
APH4Dead is a 2 columns fixed width theme for XOOPS and other 2 forks.
In anticipation of the coming DLC for both Left 4 Dead 1 & Left 4 Dead 2 named "The Passing" I thought of modifying and adding an extra style to a theme i use on a clan site.
Theme can be viewed live HERE.
Theme can be downloaded from HERE.
First style displays the original cast of survivors and special infected(the hunter, the smoker, the boomer), while the second style displays the new cast of survivors and also the new special infected (the spitter, the jokey and of course the charger).
The Tank and The Witch are also displayed in the header and footer so please turn off the flashlights ;)

Desktop Chaos Theme by XDT
Again based on BlankTheme, very nicely done template ported to Xoops.
This theme may require customization "thin" blocks for a truly perfect display - already done for example in the blocks "Main Menu" and "User Menu".
The "source" files is in the "extras" theme folder.
Note: in order to meet the various licensing, please leave a link in the footer to the designer's original template
