This will definately make upgrading hacked versions of XOOPS much easier.
When i used nuke, i had to stop upgrading near 5.0 because my version was sooooooooo hacked and there was no way to tell which files or lines of code changed.
So in a way nuke signed its own death warrant... as im sure that ANYONE who know a tad of php, won't wait on the devs to fix small bugs or add a feature here and there .. but will just do it themselves.
Like this ppl will be able to hack AND upgrade

Now if you could just take a peek at phpDOC (and actually consider using it), things would be almost perfect for all us hackers out there
