News: XOOPS Roadmap discussion started

This post is to announce the start of the XOOPS Roadmap discussion. The roadmap is going to be set by the XOOPS Core Team for all 8 areas of the XOOPS community: core development, module development, theme development, quality control, support, documentation, product promotion and community relations.
