Hi Guys,
I am a longtime XOOPS admin, but have not ran anything newer than 2.0.13.2, until now.
I loaded up a new server with Win2003 Std with all MSFT updates.
Just got done loading fresh loads of IIS6, PHP 5.3.1, MySQL 5.1.44 and want to put on XOOPS 2.4.4
I followed all installation instructions to the letter - set permissions, etc. The XOOPS installer runs fine without any errors whatsoever. However, when I finish, I get the infamous blank screen.

I have read the dated FAQ at
https://xoops.org/modules/smartfaq/faq.php?faqid=80 guide on blank pages and tried turnig on the various troubleshooting functions. I get no errors whatsoever!
I have tested to ensure that PHP is working on the server - it is. I dont know what to do at this point...
