I need to ask - Modules

I need to know if the latest CBB 4.0 will become final, also Article 2.0 what's happening with that?

I realise that these are DJ's modules and I realise he has been very busy and I thank him for his hard work.

I just need to know is all, no pressure no whining, just a simple question as to what's happening.

Nobody has any idea?

I want to create a new site, I am considering what modules I will be using. Does any other forum module have the ability to use tags as I have only seen it on CBB 4.0.

I know "News" now has Tags so I can use that instead of Article but what about other forums?

I'm not aware of other forums with tags, but that doesn't mean there are none (or hacks to it)! Check the module descriptions, it will probably be showed in the feature list.
For the moment CBB 4.0 is not to be used in production systems. Be patient!
If tags are a real must for you, feel free to take the plunge, but don't whine afterwards.
