We started developing new XOOPS 2.7.0 documentation:

Currently following languages are available:

• English,
• Arabic,

• German,
• Italian,

• Portuguese,

• Spanish, and
• Traditional Chinese

I'm sure that there are tons of translation errors, so please help us in fixing them!
