xoops 2.3 oledrion

I am running XOOPS 2.3 i uploaded oledrion 1.64 and I can not add catagories same thing with news module id there some filders i need to change chmod for these to work?

I uploaded newest oledrion version 2
i still can not do catagories i click on add catagories and comes up blank area

If you use a language other than english, make sure to supply the required language files (or at least copy the english ones to your language directory).
What is your php version?

Blank page = Php debug's mode

I miss stated that, its not a blank page it has the tabs for oledrion just nothing to write in or choose from

Are you saying that enabling the debug mode in XOOPS causes the module to stop working properly and generating blank pages?

my mistake it is not a blank page.
it is a page under oledrion admin, with tabs for dashboard, venders, vat, categories, manufacturers, etc. With nothing under tabs (no choices, spot to add nothing) This is what comes up when I try to add a category under categoruies tab.
any sugestions?
and in news module it won't let me edit topics (change or add new)
