it is not a bad idea to have a icon in news editor to add a text box inside the our news same the pic :

Good idea .. but it will be nice if add to xdhtml editor as quote icon, so you can add many boxes.

By the way, you can use advertisement box in news settings to display text or a javascript code in your articles, but this will display in all articles.

can you improve the style of this script like the picture number 3 in first post ?

What is so hard to do?
Download the package.
Upload the Javascript file to your site.
Make a link in your theme.html to it.
Blend the container and insert the other CSS instructions in your themes CSS file.
Add a for this keywords in the html of your article and it should appear.
Add this type of link - Hide Sidenotes to have a view/hide switch.
