Best image gallery?

Which would be the easiest and best gallery? I tried to install gallery with no luck. I want picture ratings, people to upload their own pics and maybe comments.

I'm running XOOPS 2.0.16 My server is linux operating system, apache version 1.3.37 unix, php version 4.4.4

I'm pretty keen on the new extGal module by zoullou, which has an optional and excellent lightbox hack as well. But make sure you get the bugfix version (1.01?) from his website.

I use the one that's based on coppermine -- it does everything you want. Now if only I can remember the name.. xcgallery?
