Anyone know of a form gereator mod for 2.0.14?

I am looking for a form generator for V2.0.14.

I've tried formulize 2.1 and formulair 3.24 neither of them seem to work properly with 2.0.14.

Has anyone found a good mod for forms? I need 3 simple forms that will send as email.

Dang! Only available in .tgz format. I've tried several extractors (last 2 alfazip and 7zip)but I think my windows machine is corrupting the file.

Know of any with a .zip?

try the free program 'alzip' to open it



info here and here Free for home users.

Just one thing to watch out for - when you create a new folder it automatically names them bird names (it has a bird in an egg for an icon).

7-zip should be able to handle .tgz. But it's possible that you need to change the extension to .tar.gz. I'm not in Windows right now, so I can't check that.

One peculiarity of 7-zip is that it takes two steps to open a .tar.gz. First you have to extract the .tar from the .tar.gz, and then you can extract the contents of the .tar.

That did the trick! Both Liaise and alzip. Thanks to everyone. Think I'll keep the bird icons for a little while, lol.

Formulize does work with 2.0.14, but it's for internal form management, not email forms.

If you search the forum you'll find a thread detailing how to hack Liaise to add a 'captcha' security image.
A thread is for life. Not just for Christmas.

I have provided patches for Formulize to send the forms by mail to a specific address or user group (or both) since v1.6. I have version 2.1 patched and working on multiple sites.

I have tried uploading the patch to dev.xoops.org (in Formulize and in my project), but the upload seems to be broken. If you would like the files, send me a PM and I will email them to you.
