Time shown on discussion forum is not the actual time. What is the problem? How can I adjust this? Is this is the problem on server setting?

try system preferneces>general settings in admin menu to adjust it to your local time, it should work , though i am not sure 100%. i got it working this way

To view the proper times on your forum, you need to find what timezone your server is in, and then set that in your admin panel.

Once that is done, setting the time zone in your own user account should display the correct time for what location you are in (not taking into consideration Daylight Savings etc., you'll need to play around with your account settings in that case).
