Could someone take a quick look at a site I'm making for a client and let me know how it looks? Not interested in anyone's opinion on gaming/gambling. Just need a site review to see if I missed anything.

Hi George,

When I opened the site, Java console fired up on my PC???

Strange. Are there lots of java applets on the site that require odd Java functions?

Hi Mark,

Thanks for taking the time to take a look.

The only java that's on the site are two news tickers. I think that they require the latest version to work - not sure. Also, a fairly recent Windows update suppresses java apps until the person viewing the site OKs it. Kind of a protective measure.

Ho hum.........
A XOOPSer's work is never done.

I was asked to give this site an updated theme. Felt kind of lazy, so I decided to use a modified version of Ocean Net's blog_taste theme to give the site a "ritzier" look. Didn't take too long, and I think it came out ok. Comments are appreciated.

Hi,
I like the theme a lot but take a look at it in FF - the background image isn't stretching properly, at least on the first page.

I'm having the same problem in Mozilla. The center-left column is wider in Moz and is pushing the center-right content into the black area at right.

Bassman I suppose, that You defined a width of your cl and cl blocks as 50%. So if centerColumn is 4e 500px width we got 250px for each of center blocks (e. cc block, that is 100% w.).
If the content is widther than those 250 your blocks and columns will be pushed on right.
See what happened if you put a image widther than yout lefl colum! It's the same!
The problem is allways in the templates, if yours templates have width, that is in the code defined as widther tah yours collums or block, you will see a mess on your page.

Remember, that lots of developers creates a modules just for a default theme.
