Will it say version 2.2.4 after the upgrade? I have installed the upgrade multiple times, erased cache, and updated modules but it still says 2.2.3final? Any tips would be appreciated.

Where are you seeing it? In some cases, it's text that's hardcoded into the themes.

I am seeing the version at the very bottom of the webpage.

"Powered by XOOPS 2.2.3 Final © 2001-2006 The XOOPS Project"

-I just switched to default theme and it says the same thing. I attempted to upgrade and re-install from scratch and it says the same thing.
