I need this module to be able to upload under the folder permissions 755, but currently requires it to be 777.

My server host has PHP SusExec installed so nothing can be written to 777, but technically, should work under 755 permissions. MyAlbumP does not work for me and keeps asking me to CHMOD my folders to 777, which I can not do.

I'd recommend you place this request on GIJOEs myAlbum-P support site. He's more likely to see it there and then anyone else with similar requests/problems can find it too....

contact your server people if you can't do it on your cpanel. They will likely do it for you, I do it all the time
