i am having a site with multiple groups. one of these groups is a special members group, which is different from the regular "registered" group.

my question is if there is a way that my members gets a special theme whenever they log on, which is unavailable for everyone else?

i have looked for it, but only found block specific themes, and themes changing after the seasons.

can anyone help me here?
i would be most thankful

You can check this module and a theme that works with modules:

Can't show it, but I'm sure - small piece of PHP-code in theme will solve this problem. API, AFAIS, allow to get array with all groups, in which user was added. Small if and cycle will make choice

thanks for the input there

i am also sure that a small little php is all i need, unfortunately i do not know that "language". it's like greek to me..

i should however be able to copy paste such a code into my files, and change the needed folder or files that it is linked to.

Custom PHP block only visible to the special group:

$GLOBALS['xoopsConfig']['theme_set'] = "name_of_special_theme";

Nice Mithrandir, what if a user is a member of several groups, is there a way to get a certain group to "override" the others?
