I was looking through some code in a theme.html that I downloaded is_urbanize. Does anyone know what it means/does?

I dont know what it means and as Herko says, it's poss Chinese or Japanese but I can tell you it does nothing as it's enclosed within the HTML tags for Code Commenting.
