Hi,

I have just installed the latest version on XOOPS on my server, and all I get is a blank white page.

I have followed ALL advice given (including that in the forum's) and still no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I performed a clean install of XOOPS 2.0.9.2 onto a Linux version of Apache (1.3.31), running PHP 4.3.8.

All help will be greatly appreciated.

Yours

Dave

Your problem check should cover all of these resources:
Have you read
Visual intro to Xoops
Installation Guide
Operation guide
Xoops FAQ
Why do I have a blank white page?

As I said - I have read ALL resources available on this site - and I have yet to see anything on my homepage.

Have you tried changing the xoops_config conf_name value of debug_mode from 0 to 1?

This will set the XOOPS system up for printing any php errors it might be experiencing.

You would need to edit this value in phpMyAdmin or MySQL command line.

Once changed, you could go to the front page again too see if it prints an error, which would give you a lead to follow on fixing this.

If you have already tried this, then sorry for not helping.

Best Regards,
