OK so i want to have articles we all do..

But I want users to be able to submit articles..

I have a NASTY work around for soapbox i am using which is create my own Box that points directly to the submit.. They dont get to choose a collum or get their name on there unless its in the text. and i gotta approve then EDIT the thing.

Man i wish there was a slashdot article manager for xoop..

Anyone know of one???
PLease please please..
It must allow for people to post articles.
Or should I just clone the news module and use it?

There's a weblog module that you could use to let people submit 'articles like that. Its much more limited than WF-Sections though.

That's just what i was looking for! I need articles, news and blogs at my site at the same time and while i know that the default news section is actualy a 'full fledged' articles section the problem is that i want my news and only news to appear in the news spotlight section of my homepage and not every new article posted so i need separate modules for both news and articles. WF Sections might just be the solution.

Its a very flexible module indeed!
