Re: x_movie module installation help

mrphilong, I downloaded the version you link to. Yes, it works to upload as expected, but I cannot get the URL or embed to work. Does url and embed work for you?

It may be my own problem, because I had an earlier version of the module that let me use those features. I actually uninstalled it in favor of this latest version because those features seemed to stop working suddenly, but they still don't succeed.

Anyone have any idea what my problem might be?

Thanks...
I don't know.

Re: x_movie module installation help

Now, I can't upload anything successfully either with these errors:
NoticeUndefined indexextension in file /modules/x_movie/submit.php line 112

Notice
: Use of undefined constant E_STRICT assumed 'E_STRICT' in file /class/logger_render.php line 58

I'll have to keep trying things.
Meanwhile, I think I might have solved the URL issue. It seems there were a few instances of references to /class/snoopy.php in the tpl_imgtype.php from x_movie that were written incorrectly. There was Snoopy.class.php (notice the capital S and .class), and I think an instance of Snoopy.class. Fixing those errors helped.

Back to the uploads issue. Any idee-ers? Anyone?
I don't know.

Re: x_movie module installation help

Url started working sometimes. I don't yet know why it doesn't always work.
My upload problem might be related to my settings in php.ini, but I haven't checked yet. I'm sure I'll come back to this module after dealing with other priorities.
I don't know.

Re: x_movie module installation help

Hi

Did you try to put the "center" tag before your code?
<centeryour embeded code </center>

Hope it helps.

Re: x_movie module installation help

tibski: you have defined text-align:left in div#content. That's why video is left aligned. Set text-align:center for this object or define a new css id for it.
I tried with Firefox-firebug and it works.
Luck!

Re: x_movie module installation help

Hi tibski, div#content is defined in "styleNN.css" line 184, but do not change this, make a new id or class for this object, like:

div#youtube_content {text-align:center;}

and assign this id for object div.
You could approach to assign your already defined style to this css id, like border, background: transparent, url, etc

So, you can remove "center" tag so it is useless. "center" tag do not always work.

Luck!
