Is there an event handler for XoopsFormSelect?

I have a XoopsFormSelect dropdown gadget working (filled in from a DB) but would like to fill in another text field, with whats selected, when the user selects an item in the formselect gadget. Do I somehow attach a event handler to it to get notified when a selection is made? How do I accomplish this? Any sample code would be great.

Hi,

There's a such example of code in the admin section of soapbox. You could find it easily. It's not exactly the same case but you can use it, in fact in soapbox, when you are selecting an image in a listbox, the image is displayed below.
