table blows up on some modules

lol, yes, i have ANOTHER issue. this time it seems that when i'm in certain modules (my test phpbb module from bbpixel and my sections module), my carefully layed out theme.html (or perhaps it's something else) table blows up!

it's super late and my brain is just mushed out from code. perhaps someone might lend a genius answer on this?

I've visited your site and didn't find a problem, but then again you have restricted guest access so it could of been in a registered users section only.

Is it only on pages with blocks on the right hand side?? Iv'e noticed this with quite a lot of themes where if you have a right block it throws the page width out of whack.

If you have recently upgraded to XOOPS v2.0.7 the solution may lie here here: The upgrade messed up several of my modules.

This has nothing to do with the upgrade (if applicable here) to 2.0.7.

This one is clearly a theme design issue. Try to read the markup inside your templates and have another look at your CSS and theme.html files for inconsistencies.

this usually helps me find the problem, like a non-closed </td>, etc. i'm going to hit the code again to see if i can find the inconsistency, but if someone else finds it first, i'll give you a cookie!! thanks to everyone for their help!

My GOD!! This gave me a headache!!

Yep, indeed it has some serious problems and you noticed the most important ones. First of though, if you are using Dreamweaver use it in "text" mode and modify the source directly!

Furthermore, I see a loooot of code there and unnecessary markup. I also see style rules being applied 2 or 3 times. Internal, external stylesheets you name it! They are all there

Finally, try to use lowercase letters since the DTD is XHTML 1.0 Transitional and uppercase letters are not allowed
